Cultraro and Stabilus strengthen partnership

Koblenz, July 31, 2023 – Cultraro, and Stabilus, a leading provider of innovative motion control solutions, have announced the further strengthening of their partnership today. On July 26, Stabilus acquired additional shares of Cultraro, increasing its ownership stake up to 60%. This follows two successful years of cooperation between the two companies, during which Stabilus already held a participation of 32%. Cultraro thus becomes part of the Stabilus Group and will continue to operate as a standalone Brand under the Stabilus umbrella. Paolo Cultraro will continue to lead the company as CEO, while Stabilus will extend the company’s board of directors with selected representatives. This development paves the way for even greater cooperation and synergy between the two companies, fostering the pursuit of more innovative and ambitious projects.

With Cultraro joining the Stabilus Group, both companies are ready to enhance their collaboration significantly.
