The type of heading should always be selected so that all headings on a page follow a clear hierarchy. For example, a level 1 heading should not be followed by a level 3 heading, but by a level 2 heading. Think of the headings as a kind of table of contents of a book, in which the chapters also always follow an orderly hierarchy.

You can use a rich text editor (RTE) to freely format the text. This text editor offers essentially the same functions as you may be familiar with from Word. You can simply select a part of the text and define it as a link or simply highlight it in italics or bold.

To insert a link (or download), select the text area to be linked and click on the "Insert link" chain symbol. In the pop-up window that opens, simply click on the "Page" tab for a link to a subpage. For simple downloads, select the "File" tab and choose the desired file from the file list.
